Oakshaw Guesthouse offers comfortable, affordable accommodation in a traditional guesthouse setting. We have 12 rooms, a mix of single and double, ideal for short- or long-term stays.

The room rate includes heating, electricity, free Wi-Fi, fresh linen and towels, and regular housekeeping.
Do you offer long-term stays?
Yes, we welcome both short and extended stays. Please contact us directly for long-term booking rates and availability.
Do you offer daytime stays?
Yes, daytime bookings may be available subject to availability.

Do rooms have private bathrooms?
Some rooms have private bathrooms, while others share bathroom facilities. Please check room details when booking or contact us if you have a preference.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Do rooms have kitchen facilities?
No, rooms do not have kitchens. However, guests have access to a shared kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, and basic utensils.
How often is housekeeping provided?
Rooms are cleaned regularly during your stay. Fresh towels and linen are also provided and replaced as needed.
Is the guesthouse accessible for people with disabilities?
At this time, our building is not fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact us directly to discuss any specific accessibility needs.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
How do I make changes or cancel my booking?
If you booked through a third-party website, please manage your booking through them. For direct bookings, contact us at least 24 hours in advance for changes or cancellations.

We are located at 2 Westbrae, Paisley, PA1 2EB just a short walk from Paisley town centre, train stations, and local attractions.

Is parking available?
Free on-street parking is available nearby. Please check local signage for restrictions.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to schedule.

We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on bookings.

We do not offer breakfast, but there are many excellent cafés and breakfast spots nearby.

We do not have on-site laundry facilities, but a self-service laundrette is available just 5 minutes away. Ask our team for directions.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we can store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, free of charge. Just let us know in advance.
Is there a reception desk or staff on-site?
No, Oakshaw Guesthouse is an unmanned site. However, guests will receive check-in instructions and contact details for assistance if needed.
Do you provide toiletries?
Yes, basic toiletries such as soap and toilet paper are provided. For additional personal items, please bring your own or visit a nearby shop.
Do you offer group bookings or block bookings?
